This Privacy Policy applies to all products, services and websites offered by the owner of architectFWD™ / architectFWD.com™ or its agents or affiliates; collectively, architectFWD’s “services”.

Information collected and its use

Some of the architectFWD services may not require any personal information at all, such as the blog, knowledge and general content hosted on the main architectFWD site.

For account sign up, newsletters or other forms you may complete, you IP address is logged along with other browser information, along with your name, email address and any other preferences you may choose to submit. We may capture similar information when you accept Terms of Service for any related offerings (where prompted). We will require personal information such as your name, email address and in some instances an account password.

For certain services, such as use of our deliverables / content services or other web application offerings, we may also require credit card or other banking account information which will not be stored by us but by payment gateways for billing purposes.

We may log your usage of our products and services on our domains and related sites to better enable us to understand usage thereof. This information will not be made public in any form.

Electronic communication with you via email or other methods may be kept in email format or other electronic format as part of general service history.

Affiliated or associated sites and 3rd Party services integrated into architectfwd.com and its related sites may require you to use or sign up with them, however you should check and agree to their terms and privacy policies before using their services.

Other sites / Your sites – This Privacy Policy applies to direct architectFWD sites and related services only. Even if you use a architectFWD service or web application or other to provide a service to your clients, this policy does not apply to you in those instances. Other sites / Your site may create cookies on your or other users computers over which we may have no control. You agree that users accessing your sites/domains will be held exempt from this policy and that you will provide your own privacy policy, which will in no way be based on or dependant upon this policy.

Choices for personal information

When you sign up for a particular service that requires registration or creation of an account, we ask you to provide personal information. If we use this information in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected, then we will ask for your consent prior to such use.
